O'Hara's Tavern
About This Spot
Stepping into O'Hara's Tavern feels like settling into a well-loved corner of your own neighborhood—a place where familiarity meets just enough surprise to keep every visit meaningful. The pace here is unhurried and welcoming, with a comfortable buzz that suggests lively conversations but never calls for shouting. It’s the kind of bar where the bartenders know your name but also genuinely want to hear about your day.
The atmosphere is both warm and grounded, reflecting decades of stories pulled from the wood-paneled walls and a crowd that spans generations. Whether you’re stopping by for a late afternoon regroup or lingering over drinks in the evening, there’s an easygoing rhythm that invites you to relax, catch up, and connect.
Food and drink here don’t just fill you up—they complement the feeling of shared moments. Plates like a delightfully stacked Rueben or a crisp slice of pepperoni pizza come with a side of casual comfort, while the bar’s thoughtfully crafted cocktails—imagine a Blue Hawaiian or a classic Long Island Iced Tea—anchor the experience with a touch of familiar cheer. It’s the kind of place where the specials spark surprise and the classic offerings feel like old friends.
O'Hara’s Tavern thrives on that blend of consistency and character, supported by a crew of bartenders who bring both skill and warmth to the bar. It’s clear that this is more than a stop on your way home—it’s a place that feels part of the community fabric, where everyone from longtime locals to new faces can find a spot to unwind.

Quaint little neighborhood bar. Typical bar menu, with some surprising wonderful specials. Great bartenders . I give 4.5 but google does not give.

My wife and I went here with a gift certificate. Was not expecting what we got. This local bar was amazingly clean. The bar tender Jeff was on point and pretty sure we met the owner Donna. She was fabulous. The food was excellent. Can't say much more. We will be back.

Every bartender here absolutely rules. If you don’t like this establishment, you shouldn’t even be let around children and put on a special watchlist. LMAO for real though, Oharas rules.

Great place to go meet friends for drinks and a quick bite to eat. I am 38 years old and have been coming here for 20 years (used my cousin's ID from the age 17/18 until I turned 21 we look exactly alike lol). There's a mix of all different age types and is always a good time, the bartenders and staff are wonderful!!
